Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accessibility audits for software, websites, and applications to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate accessibility features during the development lifecycle.
- Provide training and resources to developers and designers on inclusive design practices.
- Engage with local organizations to identify accessibility challenges and co-create solutions.
- Monitor and report on accessibility metrics to improve user experience for people with disabilities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital accessibility testing and remediation.
- Strong understanding of assistive technologies and screen readers.
- Proficiency in using tools like axe, WAVE, or Lighthouse for accessibility testing.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in accessibility standards (e.g., CPACC) are a plus.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in digital accessibility, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
Salary
150,000 – 200,000 Dinar per annum, commensurate with experience.
