Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accessibility audits for software, websites, and applications to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate accessibility features during the development lifecycle.
  • Provide training and resources to developers and designers on inclusive design practices.
  • Engage with local organizations to identify accessibility challenges and co-create solutions.
  • Monitor and report on accessibility metrics to improve user experience for people with disabilities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital accessibility testing and remediation.
  • Strong understanding of assistive technologies and screen readers.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in accessibility standards (e.g., CPACC) are a plus.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in digital accessibility, preferably in a technology or software development environment.

Salary

150,000 – 200,000 Dinar per annum, commensurate with experience.
