Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hydropower Plant Operations Technician to join our technical team in Brikama. This role is critical to the continuous and efficient operation of our hydroelectric facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed to prevent downtime. This position requires a deep understanding of turbine mechanics, electrical control systems, and fluid dynamics. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant operations including turbine speed, water flow, and electrical output.

Education
