We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Aquaculture Specialist to join our team in Sare Ngai, Gambia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable aquaculture practices in the Gambia, working closely with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable aquaculture practices in the Gambia, working closely with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving aquaculture productivity and sustainability in the Gambia.
- Develop and implement training programs for local communities and government agencies on sustainable aquaculture practices.
- Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to promote sustainable aquaculture practices in the Gambia.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Aquaculture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in aquaculture research, extension, or management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or related field.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in aquaculture research, extension, or management.
Salary
