Job Overview
The Hospitality Operations Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of our flagship Brikama resort. This is a high-level leadership position responsible for ensuring that every department—from front desk to housekeeping and food and beverage—operates at peak efficiency. You will be tasked with implementing strategic operational protocols that enhance guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.

- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions to maintain high satisfaction scores.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations is essential. Proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality teams and achieving financial targets is mandatory.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
