Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostic facility in Brikama. This role is critical to our mission, as you will oversee complex diagnostic procedures, manage laboratory quality assurance, and lead a team of junior technicians. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee quality control protocols and participate in external quality assessment programs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot advanced automated diagnostic machinery.
- Ensure strict compliance with international biosafety and infection control standards.
- Generate detailed analytical reports for medical staff and public health authorities.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in clinical laboratory automation and diagnostic software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and analysis.

- In-depth knowledge of medical microbiology and hematology.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a closely related field is mandatory. Professional certification from a recognized medical board is highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least two years in a supervisory or senior-level role. Proven experience in managing quality assurance programs is essential.
Salary
