Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic fleet management plans to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all company vehicles to ensure maximum uptime and safety compliance.
• Manage a team of drivers and technicians, providing leadership and performance monitoring.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve delivery timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to local and international transport regulations and safety standards.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, fuel suppliers, and maintenance contractors.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures across the fleet.

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations, preferably within a large-scale international organization. Proven experience in managing large vehicle fleets and diverse teams is essential for success in this role.

Salary
