Job Overview
The Senior Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core network infrastructure that powers our services. This role is critical for ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our telecommunications systems. You will lead complex technical projects, oversee site deployments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure our network meets international standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize radio access networks (RAN) and core network architectures to improve signal strength and data throughput.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex network outages to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
- Manage large-scale infrastructure upgrade projects from planning through to final commissioning.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure all network operations comply with national telecommunications standards.
- Supervise field technicians and subcontractors during site installations and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Expertise in LTE, 5G, and microwave transmission technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in network monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
- Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale infrastructure rollouts.
- In-depth understanding of IP networking, routing, and switching protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities under high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CCNP or equivalent industry-standard credentials are highly preferred.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications infrastructure management, specifically within a mobile network operator environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale network deployments is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and technical certifications.
