About the Role

MIDSA GAMBIA is seeking a highly skilled and technically competent Datacenter Technician to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and physical infrastructure management of its enterprise datacenter environment.

  • Monitor datacenter environmental conditions including:

Server Installation & Hardware Maintenance

  • Install, rack, cable, and commission:
    • Servers
    • Switches
    • Routers
    • Storage systems
    • Peripheral hardware
  • Perform hardware break-fix support for:
    • Disk drives
    • Power supplies
    • RAM modules
    • Network cards
    • Field Replaceable Units (FRUs)

  • Provide hands-and-eyes support for remote engineering teams.
