  • Develop and implement sustainable tourism strategies that promote eco-tourism, cultural tourism, and community-based tourism in The Gambia
  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainable tourism trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with local communities, tour operators, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable tourism practices
  • Develop and manage sustainable tourism projects and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainable tourism initiatives on the local community and the environment

Required Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sustainable tourism development
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable tourism principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
