Job Overview
The Data Center Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our data center, ensuring that all systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently. This will include managing the data center’s power and cooling systems, monitoring network and server performance, and ensuring that all data center operations are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the data center, including power and cooling systems, network and server performance, and data center security.
- Monitor and analyze data center performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure that all data center operations are in compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those related to data center security, power and cooling, and network performance.
- Manage the data center’s inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are in stock and that inventory levels are properly tracked.
- Develop and implement data center policies and procedures, ensuring that all data center staff are aware of and comply with these policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a telecommunications company.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, including power and cooling systems, network and server performance, and data center security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with data center staff, IT staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in data center operations, preferably in a telecommunications company.
Salary
50,000 – 70,000 SSP per month.
