Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Hospitality Revenue Manager to lead our revenue optimization efforts. This critical role is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and market analysis. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of revenue management, including room rates, distribution channels, and demand forecasting. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive occupancy and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing models to optimize room rates and maximize revenue across all distribution channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to forecast demand and occupancy levels.
  • Manage inventory across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking engines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to create promotional offers and seasonal packages.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly revenue reports for the executive management team.
  • Monitor market competitors and adjust pricing strategies in real-time to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in revenue management software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse departmental heads.
  • In-depth knowledge of the West African hospitality market and global distribution trends.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certification in Revenue Management is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or financial analysis within a luxury hotel setting. Proven track record of increasing RevPAR and optimizing channel mix is essential.

Salary
