Job Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Basse, Gambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing renewable energy projects in the Gambia, with a focus on solar and wind energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement renewable energy projects in the Gambia, with a focus on solar and wind energy
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector companies, and local communities
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with AfDB’s policies and procedures, as well as international best practices
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy project management
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind energy
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English, with ability to communicate in local languages
