Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team in Brikama. This role is critical to our success in the Gambian market, as you will be responsible for overseeing complex supply chain workflows, managing local and international shipments, and ensuring that our logistics processes align with international standards. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between suppliers, carriers, and customers, ensuring seamless movement of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end shipment processes from origin to final destination.

- Ensure all shipping documentation complies with Gambian customs regulations and international laws.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of essential materials.
- Resolve any discrepancies in shipping, documentation, or delivery schedules immediately.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Logistics Management Systems (LMS) and ERP software.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are highly advantageous.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably within a multinational logistics firm. Proven experience in managing complex distribution networks in West Africa is a significant plus.
Salary
