Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accessibility audits and assessments of Microsoft Gambia’s products and services
- Develop and implement accessibility solutions to address identified barriers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility is integrated into product development and design
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on accessibility best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging accessibility trends and technologies
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in digital accessibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
- Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
