We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team in Brikama. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise complex maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations on various aircraft models.
• Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to international aviation safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs to optimize aircraft uptime and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure availability of critical components.
• Conduct detailed inspections and sign off on airworthiness certificates for aircraft returning to service.

Education

Experience

Applicants must possess a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, with a proven track record in a senior or supervisory role. Salary
