Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Petroleum Geologist to join our exploration team in Brikama. This role is critical to our success in identifying and evaluating potential hydrocarbon reservoirs. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex seismic data, constructing detailed geological models, and providing strategic insights that guide our drilling programs. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interpretation of 2D and 3D seismic data to identify potential drilling targets.
• Develop and maintain complex 3D geological models of subsurface reservoirs.
• Perform detailed petrophysical analysis to evaluate rock properties and fluid content.
• Collaborate with the reservoir engineering team to predict hydrocarbon flow and recovery rates.
• Conduct risk assessments for exploration drilling programs to minimize geological uncertainty.
• Supervise junior geologists and provide technical mentorship within the exploration department.
• Integrate well log data with seismic data to refine structural and stratigraphic interpretations.

Required Skills

Education

Experience

Salary
