Job Overview
The Credit Risk Analyst will join the Risk Management Department to assess, monitor, and mitigate credit risk across the bank’s loan portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk, the analyst will conduct detailed financial analysis, develop risk rating models, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and market trends to assess borrower creditworthiness.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models and risk rating systems in line with Basel III guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive credit risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signs and recommend risk mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure loan terms that balance client needs with risk controls.
- Assist in the development of credit policies, procedures, and stress‑testing frameworks.
- Stay updated on local and international regulatory changes affecting credit risk.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel, VBA, and statistical software.

Education

Salary
