Job Overview

The Customs Compliance Manager will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of customs compliance programs for all shipments processed through the Kerewan hub. Reporting to the Regional Compliance Director, you will ensure that import and export activities meet local and international regulations, mitigate risk, and optimize clearance times. Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to operational teams on tariff classification, valuation, and origin rules.
• Liaise with Gambia Customs Authority to resolve clearance issues and stay informed of regulatory changes.
• Monitor and report on compliance metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
