Job Purpose

The Data Analytics Staff is responsible for delivering high-quality data insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support revenue growth across the organization.

The role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and governance of business data, supports performance monitoring through analytics and reporting, and enables the organization’s transition to a data-driven decision-making culture.

The role serves as a key analytical partner to business units, translating data into actionable insights and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Data Analytics & Insight Generation

○ Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to support business decisions

○ Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and anomalies across business operations

○ Provide actionable recommendations to improve performance, profitability, and efficiency

●  Business Intelligence & Reporting

○  Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports

○  Deliver timely and accurate management reports to support strategic planning

○  Standardize reporting frameworks across departments

● Data Management & Governance

○ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems

○ Implement and enforce data quality standards and validation processes

○ Support data governance, compliance, and audit requirements

● Stakeholder Engagement

○ Collaborate with business units to define data requirements and success metrics

○ Translate business needs into analytical solutions

○ Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives

● Financial Services Analytics

○ Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and operational efficiency

○ Support fraud monitoring, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting

○ Provide insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

● Continuous Improvement & Innovation

○ Identify opportunities to improve analytics capabilities and reporting efficiency

○ Support adoption of modern analytics tools and technologies

○ Stay updated on emerging trends in data analytics and financial technology

Authority & Decision Rights

● Authority to define and enforce data quality and reporting standards

●  Authority to recommend process improvements based on analytical findings

●  Authority to escalate data integrity and reporting issues to management

● Contributes to decision-making through data-backed insights

KPIs

● Data accuracy and quality rate (target: ≥ 99%)

● Timeliness of reports and dashboards delivery

● Number of actionable insights adopted by business units

● Improvement in reporting efficiency (automation and turnaround time)

● Contribution to revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives

● Stakeholder satisfaction with analytics outputs

● Reduction in data inconsistencies and errors

Qualifications & Experience

Academic Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

● Master’s Degree (preferred)

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

● Microsoft Data Analyst Associate

● Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

● Other relevant analytics certifications

Experience

● 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role

● Experience working with structured datasets and reporting tools

● Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is an advantage
