Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accessibility audits of our products and services to identify and resolve accessibility issues
• Work closely with development teams to implement accessibility features and fixes
• Provide training and support to employees on accessibility best practices
• Develop and maintain accessibility guidelines and standards for our company
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that accessibility is integrated into all aspects of our business

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, including WCAG 2.1 and Section 508
• Experience with accessibility testing tools and techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

5-7 years of experience in accessibility or a related field
