Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geospatial Data Analyst to join our team in Soma, Gambia. As a Geospatial Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support business decision-making and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets using geospatial software and tools
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and data models
- Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to identify trends and patterns
- Produce high-quality reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial insights into business strategies
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in geospatial data analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, or other geospatial software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
