We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Industrial Safety Auditor to join our manufacturing team in Brikama. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular, scheduled, and unannounced safety audits across the manufacturing floor and warehouse areas.
• Evaluate compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and environmental regulations.
• Identify potential mechanical, chemical, or ergonomic hazards and recommend immediate corrective measures.
• Develop and maintain detailed safety audit reports for senior management review.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and prevent recurrence of workplace accidents.
• Collaborate with the production team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on audit findings.
• Monitor the usage and storage of hazardous materials to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans and evacuation drills.
• Train staff on new safety equipment and updated compliance procedures.
