Position Summary
The Policy Analyst will provide analytical, research, and advisory support for policy development, program evaluation, economic planning, and governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Policy Research & Analysis
- Conduct policy research and gather qualitative and quantitative data.

Education Requirements

- Additional certifications in policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, or data analytics will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in policy analysis, economic research, development programs, governance, or public sector administration.
- Experience conducting policy research and preparing technical reports.
- Knowledge of public sector reforms, governance frameworks, and development planning.
- Experience working with government institutions, NGOs, international organizations, or development agencies is desirable.
