Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining Nestlé Gambia’s reputation for product excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, generating detailed reports for senior management and contributing to strategic decision‑making.
• Provide training and mentorship to production staff on quality best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all packaging, labeling, and traceability processes meet legal and corporate standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including ISO 22000, HACCP, and local Gambia food standards.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management software.
