Job Overview
The Senior Aircraft Maintenance Planner will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness and operational readiness of our fleet. This position involves the complex orchestration of maintenance tasks, spare parts availability, and hangar capacity to minimize aircraft downtime. You will be responsible for developing long-term maintenance programs and short-term line maintenance schedules that align with flight operations. This is a high-stakes role that requires a deep understanding of aviation regulations and technical documentation. Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Maintenance Planning Software (MPS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Deep knowledge of EASA, FAA, and local civil aviation maintenance regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and maintenance manuals.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities to oversee large-scale maintenance projects.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and executive management.

Education
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Experience
