Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Broadcast Media Producer to lead our content development team in Brikama. This role is pivotal in designing and executing broadcast strategies that resonate with local audiences while maintaining international production standards. The successful candidate will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from initial concept and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and final broadcast. You will be responsible for managing a team of journalists, technicians, and editors to produce compelling radio dramas, documentaries, and news segments. Key Responsibilities

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Studies, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in media management or digital production will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 7 years of professional experience in media production, with a proven track record of managing large-scale broadcast projects. Experience working within an NGO or international development context is highly desirable. Salary
