Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Hydrological Modeler to lead our predictive modeling initiatives in the Bintading region. This role is critical for understanding river basin dynamics, aquifer recharge rates, and seasonal water availability. The successful candidate will develop complex mathematical models to simulate water movement and storage within various hydrological systems. This position is vital for our ongoing efforts to provide accurate forecasting for agricultural and urban water planning. • Advanced proficiency in modeling software such as MODFLOW, HEC-RAS, or MIKE SHE.

• Excellent technical writing skills for scientific documentation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead junior researchers.

Education

A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Hydrology, Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related Earth Science discipline is required. A PhD is highly preferred.

Experience

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of professional experience in hydrological modeling, preferably within a research or environmental consultancy setting. Proven experience in managing large-scale water resource projects is essential.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and qualifications.
