Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer solar PV systems for diverse applications
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to commissioning
- Perform system performance analysis and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders on energy efficiency improvements
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance standards
Required Skills
- Expertise in solar energy system design and modeling software
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and safety regulations
- Project management certification (PMP/CMP preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD and energy simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energy
- Professional Engineering (PE) license advantageous
Experience

- Proven track record in renewable energy project delivery
- Experience with Gambian energy market preferred
Salary
150,000 – 200,000 GMD per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
