Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies targeting secondary schools, colleges, and community groups.
- Organise and lead campus tours, open days, and virtual information sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Develop and manage digital marketing content, including social media, email newsletters, and the university’s recruitment website.
- Collaborate with academic departments to create tailored outreach materials that highlight programme strengths.
- Maintain a database of leads, track recruitment metrics, and produce regular reports for senior management.
- Represent the university at education fairs, conferences, and regional networking events.
- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve recruitment tactics.

Education

Applicants should have 2‑4 years of proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, educational outreach, or a comparable role within an academic or training institution. Experience in the Gambian education sector or familiarity with local secondary school systems is highly desirable.
Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from SSP 300,000 to SSP 500,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary reviews are conducted annually.
