Job Overview:SEforALL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Renewable Energy Engineer to join our team in Basse, Gambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable renewable energy projects in the Gambia, working closely with local stakeholders and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sustainable renewable energy projects in the Gambia, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric power systems.
- Work closely with local stakeholders and communities to identify energy needs and develop solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the viability of renewable energy projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Strong background in solar, wind, and hydroelectric power systems.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and local languages (Wolof, Mandinka, or Fula).
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or related field.
