Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate insights into design improvements.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Master’s Degree or certifications in UX design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Academy) preferred.
Experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product development environment.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-cultural user personas.
Salary
150,000 – 200,000 Dinar annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
