We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sustainable Fashion Designer to join our team in Kuntaur, Gambia. As a Sustainable Fashion Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing sustainable fashion concepts and products that meet the needs of our customers while minimizing our environmental impact.
Job Overview
As a Sustainable Fashion Designer at H&M Group, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing sustainable fashion products that meet our brand’s high standards. You’ll work closely with our design team to create innovative and stylish products that are both sustainable and commercially viable.
You’ll also be responsible for researching and staying up-to-date on the latest sustainable fashion trends and technologies, and for collaborating with our suppliers to ensure that our products are made with sustainable materials and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sustainable fashion products that meet our brand’s high standards
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest sustainable fashion trends and technologies
- Collaborate with our suppliers to ensure that our products are made with sustainable materials and practices

Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in fashion design or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and technologies
- Excellent design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
