Job Overview
We are seeking a Sustainable E-Waste Management Specialist to join our team in Gambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable e-waste management strategies in the country.
The job involves working with government agencies, private sector companies, and civil society organizations to promote sustainable e-waste management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable e-waste management strategies in Gambia
- Work with government agencies, private sector companies, and civil society organizations to promote sustainable e-waste management practices
- Conduct research and analysis on e-waste management issues in Gambia
- Develop and implement training programs for stakeholders on sustainable e-waste management practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable e-waste management strategies in Gambia
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in e-waste management or related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable e-waste management practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a team and build partnerships with stakeholders
