Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable e-waste management strategies and programs in the Gambia.
• Conduct research and analysis on e-waste management practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with government agencies, private sector companies, and civil society organizations to promote sustainable e-waste management practices.
• Develop and implement training programs for government officials, private sector employees, and civil society organizations on sustainable e-waste management practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainable e-waste management programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in e-waste management or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with government agencies, private sector companies, and civil society organizations.
