Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Fashion Designer to join our design team in Serekunda, Gambia. As a Sustainable Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable fashion collections that meet our brand’s high standards of quality, style, and sustainability. You will work closely with our design team to create innovative and stylish designs that appeal to our customers while minimizing our environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sustainable fashion collections that meet our brand’s high standards of quality, style, and sustainability
- Work closely with our design team to create innovative and stylish designs that appeal to our customers
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for sustainable fashion
- Develop and implement sustainable fashion strategies and initiatives to reduce our environmental impact
- Collaborate with our supply chain team to ensure that our designs are produced in a sustainable and responsible manner
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in fashion design or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and principles
- Excellent design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
