Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior E-Commerce Strategist to lead our digital retail expansion. This role is critical to our long-term growth strategy as we transition from a traditional brick-and-mortar model to an omnichannel powerhouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our online sales platforms to maximize conversion rates and customer retention. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and market share.
- Manage the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring website usability and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels align with online demand and promotional activities.
- Analyze web traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize the digital storefront.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email to drive traffic to the online platform.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with third-party digital service providers and payment gateway partners.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in e-commerce platform management (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).

Education

Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
