Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting for client engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate tax, audit, and advisory insights.
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client pitches.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends affecting Gambia’s financial sector.
- Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on technical skills and professional development.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.

- Understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and regulatory frameworks in Gambia.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly valued and demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of financial expertise.
Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial advisory, audit, or consulting environments. Experience working with multinational clients or within the West African market is advantageous, as is exposure to sectors such as banking, manufacturing, energy, and telecommunications.
Salary
