Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Controller to lead our financial reporting and compliance functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct rigorous variance analysis to ensure fiscal discipline.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless compliance with local and international banking regulations.
  • Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements for the Gambian entity.
  • Provide strategic financial forecasting and risk assessment to support business expansion initiatives.

Salary

The offered salary range for this position is between 45,000 SSP and 75,000 SSP per month, depending on the candidate’s expertise and qualifications.
