Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Banjul. This critical role is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support the bank’s growth objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the Board and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee capital management and liquidity to ensure operational stability.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor variances across all departments.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
