Job Overview
The Agricultural Technology Solutions Engineer will design, implement, and support advanced agronomic technologies that empower farmers to increase yields, reduce input costs, and adopt sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize precision agriculture software and hardware solutions tailored to Gambian crop cycles and farm sizes.
- Conduct field trials and pilot programs in collaboration with local farmers, extension officers, and research partners.
- Analyze agronomic data collected from IoT sensors, drones, and satellite imagery to generate actionable insights.
- Provide technical training and on‑site support to end‑users, ensuring effective adoption of technology platforms.

- Maintain documentation, technical specifications, and compliance reports in line with local regulations and international standards.

Experience

Salary
