Job Overview
The Aviation Safety Compliance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that all airline operations within the Banjul region comply with both local Gambia Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations and international ICAO standards. This role is vital for maintaining the safety reputation of Air France-KLM. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous audits, monitoring safety protocols, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in aviation safety, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance within a commercial airline environment. Proven experience in conducting safety audits is essential.
Salary
