Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accessibility and a passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with accessibility standards and guidelines, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Digital Accessibility Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting accessibility audits and testing of our products and services
- Identifying and addressing accessibility barriers and developing strategies to improve accessibility
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure that accessibility is integrated into the development process
- Developing and implementing accessibility training programs for employees
- Staying up-to-date with the latest accessibility standards and guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accessibility audits and testing of our products and services
- Identify and address accessibility barriers and develop strategies to improve accessibility
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that accessibility is integrated into the development process

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
