Key Job Responsibilities

- Oversee payment approvals and financial authorization processes.
Financial Operations & Payroll Oversight
- Supervise daily accounting operations including:
- Payroll processing
- Vendor payments
- Cash flow monitoring
- Account reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- Ensure effective financial procedures are implemented across departments.
- Monitor internal financial controls and cost allocation systems.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain the company’s asset register, including acquisition, tagging, depreciation, and disposal.
- Ensure proper inventory reconciliation and consumables tracking.
- Review stock reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Support operational accountability for company resources.
Vendor Management & Payment Compliance
- Validate invoices, contracts, and billing documentation.
- Approve vendor payments while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Maintain oversight of supplier reconciliations and vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
