Job Overview:Esri Gambia is seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support our clients’ decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial science, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with geospatial software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support client decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and datasets
- Design and implement geospatial data visualizations and mapping solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their geospatial data needs and develop customized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest geospatial technologies and trends
Required Skills:
- Strong background in geospatial science
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with geospatial software and tools (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Science or related field
