Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and charismatic Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our flagship Brikama resort. This role is critical to ensuring that all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and food and beverage—operate in perfect harmony to deliver a seamless guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing operational budgets, and leading a diverse team of hospitality professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff across various departments to ensure adherence to international hospitality protocols.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures for food safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy rates and manage seasonal demand.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
Required Skills
- Advanced leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgetary management.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on guest-centric solutions.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hospitality management or tourism are highly desirable.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of management experience within a luxury hotel or high-end resort setting. Proven experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex operational workflows is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and performance metrics.
