Job Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of the Bank’s human resources strategies and policies in Gambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, leave records, and performance evaluations
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
- Provide guidance and support to staff on human resources policies and procedures
- Develop and implement human resources programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education
