Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Human Resources Director to lead our People and Culture department. This role is responsible for designing and implementing human resources strategies that support the organization’s mission and objectives. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

Experience

A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management is required, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
