Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomy Consultant to join our technical team in Brikama. This role is critical for bridging the gap between laboratory research and field application. You will be responsible for designing field trials, analyzing crop performance, and providing high-level technical guidance to large-scale commercial farmers and local cooperatives. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement large-scale field trials to test new seed varieties and crop protection products.
- Conduct detailed soil and plant tissue analysis to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop technical training programs for local farmers to improve crop management practices.
- Monitor local pest and disease trends to provide early warning advisories to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to adapt global technologies to local Gambian soil conditions.

Salary
