Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our operations team in Brikama. This role is critical to optimizing our logistics network and ensuring that our supply chain processes are as efficient and cost-effective as possible. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to identify bottlenecks, predict demand trends, and recommend strategic improvements to our shipping and distribution routes. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify inefficiencies in the current supply chain and propose actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated forecasting models to predict seasonal demand fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with regional logistics managers to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transit times, freight costs, and carrier performance.

Education

A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics management, or operations research within a global logistics or manufacturing environment is essential. Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives is highly preferred.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 75,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
