Salary: GMD 55,000 – 110,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop people-focused strategies.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 3 years in a business partnering or strategic HR advisory role.
  • Experience supporting large teams within corporate, telecommunications, financial services, or multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
